Pierce Brosnan uses the life of his adopted home of Hawaii - by studying the local culture. The Irish actor takes time between film projects to master the ukulele and paint. Brosnan: "I sing and play on the ukulele. We have this place in Hawaii, I am so fond of the ukulele, and I take lessons in Plein Air (painting outdoors). I'll go out with a few good pals. I like the repetition of certain pictures and drawings of landscapes and portraits. I am a very avid painter. "
